Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 10 working days, normally before. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us about your order. As soon as the parcel has been shipped you will receive a message from DHL with information about tracking and delivery.
European orders will usually be delivered within 2-3 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. International orders will usually be delivered within 5-7 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible.

If you do not collect the package and costs are incurred as a result, you are liable for any additional costs associated with the return shipment.
A product can be returned to us within 14 days after receiving it, and you will get a full refund of the purchase to the payment card. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return. Withdrawn and returned item(s), including labels, tags and packing, must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed.
When returning items you will have to pay for the shipping costs. When exchanging items we will cover the freight costs back to you. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for the purchase. If you paid taxes when receiving your goods, you may be eligible to get your taxes refunded.
Please contact your national customs authorities for assistance in this matter. We only accept returns on products which are purchased through our online store.
